Terms for access to TraderAdd

These terms explain the rules for using TraderAdd, including account use, billing, acceptable use, content responsibility and service limitations.

Effective date: March 30, 2026. Contact: support@traderadd.com

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TraderAdd websites, applications and related services made available by TraderAdd.

By accessing or using the service, a user agrees to these Terms. If a user does not agree, that user should not access or use TraderAdd.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Users must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use the service in compliance with applicable law.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, for all activity under their accounts, and for providing accurate information during registration, authentication and billing workflows.

3. What TraderAdd provides

TraderAdd provides software for trading journaling, analytics, planning, dashboards, simulation, AI-assisted review and related workflow support.

TraderAdd does not act as a broker, custodian, exchange, execution venue, investment adviser, legal adviser or tax adviser, and it does not place trades on behalf of users.

4. Plans, pricing and billing

Free and paid plan availability, usage limits, feature access and billing intervals may vary by plan and may be updated by TraderAdd from time to time.

If a user purchases a paid plan, the fees, renewal terms, billing cadence, taxes and cancellation details presented at checkout, in billing settings or in a separate written agreement will control for that purchase.

Displayed landing-page pricing is intended as public-facing product information and may be updated when live plan configuration changes.

5. User content and responsibility

Users retain responsibility for the information they submit to TraderAdd, including imports, screenshots, notes, tags, journal entries, plan content and other materials.

A user must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload, import or process that information through the service.

To operate the service, users grant TraderAdd a limited right to host, store, transmit, process and display submitted content as needed to provide product functionality and support.

6. Acceptable use

Users may not misuse TraderAdd, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, access accounts or data without authorization, reverse engineer protected portions of the product except where law expressly permits it, or use the service for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent conduct.

  • No credential sharing intended to circumvent plan restrictions
  • No scraping, probing or disruption of platform infrastructure
  • No use of stolen, unauthorized or unlawfully obtained data
  • No impersonation or misleading representations about TraderAdd

7. AI-assisted features

TraderAdd may provide AI-assisted summaries, pattern detection, review suggestions or other generated outputs. Those outputs are provided for workflow support and should be reviewed by the user before being relied on.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate or context-dependent and does not constitute investment, legal, tax or compliance advice.

8. Third-party services and integrations

TraderAdd may interoperate with third-party providers for authentication, hosting, communications, billing, analytics or imported data workflows. Use of those third-party services may also be governed by their own terms or privacy policies.

TraderAdd is not responsible for third-party platforms, broker exports or external services except to the extent required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.

9. Intellectual property

TraderAdd and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the service, including software, branding, content, designs, documentation and underlying technology, except for user content submitted by users.

Except where explicitly allowed, these Terms do not grant a license to copy, distribute, modify, resell or create derivative works from TraderAdd intellectual property.

10. Suspension and termination

TraderAdd may suspend or terminate access if it reasonably believes a user has violated these Terms, created security risk, used the service fraudulently, failed to pay applicable fees, or exposed TraderAdd or others to legal or operational harm.

A user may stop using the service at any time, subject to any billing commitments or separate commercial terms that apply to that account.

11. Availability and changes

TraderAdd may change, improve, suspend or discontinue features, workflows, integrations or pricing at any time. TraderAdd will use reasonable discretion when making material changes, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

12. Disclaimers

TraderAdd is provided on an "as available" and "as provided" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderAdd disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderAdd and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderAdd’s aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by the user to TraderAdd for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid during that period.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless TraderAdd from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising out of user content, unlawful conduct, misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to these terms

TraderAdd may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms, commercial access or support issues may be sent to support@traderadd.com.

If a separate enterprise agreement, order form or customer-specific contract applies, that agreement will control to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
